WFD?

What's for dinner?

I made my adaptation of this recipe off 100 days of real food

This is what I did differently. I first sauteed the carrots and onion, along with my addition zucchini. I left out the celery.


Right before I added the tomatoes, I added in four cloves of garlic. What is sauce without garlic anyway?



When it is time to add the olive oil, I also add some red wine. Hello, what is sauce without wine? Also I added some good ole Italian seasoning.

Zucchini and maters where from the farmers market. Our nice local dinner. Now what didn't feel the whole foods guidelines was the wine, it was el cheapo from the local liquor store, not organic. Also the pasta is from my pre-whole foods stock pile. It was the last of it.
